1. The service
Novaire provides document-intelligence workspaces: your organization uploads procedures, policies, and knowledge entries, and members ask questions that are answered with citations to those materials. AI-generated answers are assistive — they can be wrong, and they are not legal, financial, or professional advice. Always verify against the cited source before acting.
2. Your account & workspace
You're responsible for your account credentials and for the people you admit to your workspace. Workspace admins control who joins (including optional access keys), who holds the admin role, and what content is uploaded. You must have the right to upload the documents you add.
3. Your content
You own your documents, questions, and knowledge entries. You grant Novaire only the limited license needed to operate the service — storing, indexing, redacting, and retrieving your content inside your workspace. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not share it across workspaces.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Novaire to violate the law, to upload content you have no right to process, to attempt to access other organizations' workspaces, or to probe or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that put other customers' data at risk.
5. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed per user, month to month, and can be cancelled anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
6. Termination & data export
You can delete your workspace at any time. On request we'll export your documents and knowledge entries in a portable format before deletion. We may terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where practicable.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novaire is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material we'll notify workspace admins by email or in-app at least 14 days before it takes effect.
